Staff Childcare Options: All staff are offered heavily discounted childcare during their hours of work. This can be based in the Nursery or at the Out of School Club, depending on your child's age.
Employee of The Month: Every month all staff vote anonymously for their Employee of the Month. This is somebody who has gone above and beyond the duties of their role in either a professional or personal capacity. The winner is then presented a gift from Management.
Pension Scheme: All staff are entitled to Buttercups' occupational pension scheme, with the added bonus of the organisation contributing a percentage to your pension.
Staff Development: Buttercups Childcare is committed to the ongoing development of it's staff. During frequent meetings with management further training needs can be identified and addressed. We will support you to continuously develop your childcare skills and knowledge. We will enrol all staff onto additional training courses relevant to your position.
Qualifications: All staff are encouraged to gain a formal childcare qualification during their time with us.
At Buttercups, we also place a strong focus on the health and wellbeing of all of our staff. We support this with regular freshly cooked staff breakfasts, a well stocked range of drinks for staff, costa thursdays, staff outings and more!

We recognise that high self-esteem, confidence, supportive friends and good lines of communication with a trusted adult help to protect children.
Our recruitment panel have completed Safer Recruitment training and apply this from the first step of employment for new staff members.
