At Buttercups out of school care we offer children a wide range of engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun. It emphasizes the core values of inclusion, ensuring every child, regardless of their background or abilities, feels welcomed and valued. The club also celebrates multiculturalism by exposing children to diverse cultures, traditions, and perspectives, helping them develop a global mindset. Activities include arts and crafts, role play, construction, mathematical thinking, outside and inside games, all aimed at fostering teamwork, respect, and understanding. The staff provide encouragement and guidance for all children making the club a welcoming environment for all. 

The club operates on the local primary school grounds.

• The club will meet all relevant legislation applying to it.
• The club will provide a balanced range of activities, taking account of the ages, development needs, interest and hours and patterns of attendance of each child.
• The club will operate a self-evaluation scheme as a means of ensuring that continuous improvement takes place and will involve staff and users in this process.
• The club’s management will supervise the activities of its staff through a formal supervision and development programme.
