Staff Childcare Options: All staff are offered free childcare during their hours of work. This can be based in the Nursery or at the Out of School Club, depending on your child's age.
Employee of The Month: Every month all staff vote anonymously for their Employee of the Month. This is somebody who has gone above and beyond the duties of their role in either a professional or personal capacity. The winner is then presented a gift from Management.
Pension Scheme: All staff are entitled to Buttercups' occupational pension scheme, with the added bonus of the organisation contributing a percentage to your pension.
Staff Development: Buttercups Childcare is committed to the ongoing development of it's staff. During frequent meetings with management further training needs can be identified and addressed. We will support you to continuously develop your childcare skills and knowledge. We will enrol all staff onto additional training courses relevant to your position.
Qualifications: All staff are encouraged to gain a formal childcare qualification during their time with us.

We are looking for a passionate , caring Deputy Manager to join our friendly team in our busy out of school club. ( children aged 4-11 years)
We also have a vacancy for a playworker at the same location.
You must be aware of current safeguarding requirements and you must have a passion for providing fun activities in a safe and caring environment. The child is always at the heart of our provision.
We can be very flexible with hours , so please get in touch as we can probably accommodate your availability.
We offer free staff childcare onsite . There is free parking also.
You will be preferably have a play work or childcare qualification, But this is not essential as qualification training can be offered on the job..
